Returns

If you are not satisfied with any of our products upon receipt, you may return it for a refund.

We accept product returns when you don't like the product you ordered, or you chose the wrong size.

Return shipping is free.

If Petite Corto made a mistake during the sending, we take care of the return.

From the date of receipt of the package, you have 14 days to return it to us.

We cannot exchange for another size or item.

You must place a new order if you want a different size or item.

How do I return an item?

Select: RETURN FORM

And complete all necessary information.

Please print the return confirmation received by email and insert it in your package.

Order number and date

Customer's first name

Customer's address

Reason for return

What are the different payment options?

We accept most credit cards, with a secure payment, as well as payment via paypal.

When will my order be shipped?

Orders are usually shipped within 1-2 business days, unless otherwise notified.

Most items are shipped the same day the order is received.

Orders received after 1pm, or during the weekend or holiday are sent the next business day.

Petite Corto ships all over Europe.

When your order is sent, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

Shipping costs vary depending on the geographical area, and the service chosen.

They are calculated during the validation of your cart.

What are the different delivery methods?

UPS standard : delivery in 48H

Colissimo : delivery in 3/4 working days depending on the destination
